Biblical stories,
told by neighbors

A volunteer-run nonprofit staging original biblical musicals at Baker Creek Community Church in McMinnville.

Who we are

Every show an original musical by Marilyn Olson

MCO began shows in 1994 and MCO Productions was incorporated in 1999. MCO is run by volunteers and each show is accompanied by a live orchestra of local musicians. Every cast member, every crew hand, every usher gives their time so the whole family can see Biblical stories brought to life on stage.

We stage two original musicals a year, one in spring and one in fall. The cast is dozens of neighbors from across the valley, currently performing at Baker Creek Community Church in McMinnville.

General admission is free. A limited number of $15 VIP seats are available for purchase.  All donations are appreciated and tax deductible.

Questions, answered

What do tickets cost?

General admission is free at every MCO performance. A limited number of VIP reserved seats at the front of the house are $15 each and help fund the production.

Is it family-friendly?

Yes. MCO stages family-friendly biblical musicals, and all ages are welcome at every performance.

How many productions does MCO stage a year?

Two original musicals a year, with runs in March and October. Each run is six performances across two weekends: Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 3:00 p.m.

Where are performances held?

At Baker Creek Community Church, 325 NW Baker Creek Rd, McMinnville, OR 97128.

How can I be in a show, or volunteer?

Tell us about yourself on the Join the Show page. Acting, singing, musician, crew, sets, costumes and ushering are all volunteer roles, and Marilyn follows up about the next production. Sign-ups for each show open after the previous run ends.

How can I support MCO?

MCO has no paid staff and general admission is free, so the company runs on donations and the $15 VIP seats. Use the Donate button on any page, or reserve VIP seats for the next show.
